Description
This course will teach students how to access a growth mindset, transform failure into actionable data, manage adversity, and navigate difficult conversations. Students will also learn how to deploy time management, habit formation, and goal-setting strategies to improve their performance and their ventures.

Requirements that this course satisfies: Serves as leadership and ethics course toward a core requirement for the undergraduate minor in entrepreneurship and an elective course option for the graduate minor in entrepreneurship.

Who Should Enroll
Open to all Northwestern undergraduate and graduate students, but will be of special interest to students in the undergraduate minor program as well as students who are interested in resiliency, positive psychology, and the management of adversity and failure.
