Description
Food innovation is reshaping how we eat, from breakthrough products and technologies to new business models, dining experiences, and creative responses to food system challenges. In this course, students will learn to read emerging trends, identify entrepreneurial opportunities, and build their own perspective on what matters most in today’s food landscape. Throughout the quarter, guest speakers will discuss the problems they’re tackling, the innovations they’re building, and the opportunities they see on the horizon.
