Morehead Family Innovator Fellowship
The Farley Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation offers the Morehead Family Innovator Fellowship, a 10-week summer program designed to support undergraduate students in pursuing entrepreneurial ventures full-time. This fellowship offers a $6,000 stipend to each participant, enabling them to focus on developing their projects without the financial pressure of summer employment. Each year, one or two fellowships are awarded.
Program Benefits
- Stipend: Each fellow receives $6,000 for the summer.
- Mentorship: Fellows will work closely with Farley Center faculty and mentors.
- Resources: Access to University facilities, including the Farley Center and The Garage, for co-working
Eligibility
- Open to any Northwestern undergraduate student who has completed at least one class at the Farley Center.
- Projects can be in various fields such as technology, social impact, arts, and more.
- Priority given to student who will spend the summer in Chicagoland.
Objective
The fellowship aims to provide financial support to students, allowing them to dedicate their summer to entrepreneurial activities that are meaningful to them, without the need to seek other employment.
Recipients
Students who receive the Morehead Family Innovator Fellowship pursue projects that span various areas, including technology, social impact, arts, and more.
