Biography
Balachandran is the academic director of the MBA Program and associate professor of accounting at the University of Illinois Chicago. Previously, he was an assistant professor at Columbia Business School, where he also served as the assistant dean for teaching excellence and cultivated multiple executive education programs. Earlier in his career, Balachandran was a consultant and manager for Ernst & Young. He has a BS and MBA from Northwestern and a P.hD. from Harvard Business School.
