Biography
Washington is the founder and CEO of TOBY Agency, a marketing strategy and content systems firm serving small businesses and nonprofits. She is also active in the B Local Illinois community, where she supports the B Corp movement and organizations committed to balancing profit with purpose. A veteran of the U.S. Air Force, Washington also served as Director of Global Programs and Gender Integration at the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Global Women’s Issues. She holds a BS from University of Phoenix and an MBA from The George Washington University.
