Biography
Song was the first full-time employee of Ebay, eventually becoming the senior manager of community at the company. Currently, she is a consultant and professional coach for Aspentri. She has a BS in journalism from Northwestern, as well as an MA from Stanford University and an EdD from Vanderbilt University.
