Biography
Wiese is an engineer with more than 10 years of experience in engineering management, strategy, technology, and operations. He is currently the President and CTO of Metcovery, a startup that helps companies achieve zero-waste through recovering residual metal value. Wiese also serves as CTO of the water purification company NUMiX Materials, which he cofounded in Farley’s NUvention Energy course. Previously, he has worked in metallurgy and innovation at Ampco Metal and Chicago Extruded Metals. Wiese has a BA from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MS from Northwestern.
